How often do you recommend meeting?

Meeting frequency is flexible and tailored to each individual's situation. Meeting biweekly is ideal for many clients who prefer more in-depth meetings, while others prefer weekly check-ins. The choice is entirely yours, based on what you feel will be most beneficial. We are always ready to accommodate additional sessions or reschedule (with advanced notice) as necessary, depending on your weekly requirements!

What is the difference between a membership and a package?

Memberships allow students to schedule up to a set number of hourly sessions per month that are covered under the membership. Any additional sessions beyond that allocated amount will be charged at the standard hourly rate. This is a great budget-friendly option because the monthly rate is consistent and you still get a discount compared to the hourly rate for those allocated sessions. Memberships auto-renew on the same day each month until you choose to opt out. Memberships can also be paused at any time, which is perfect for long breaks!

Packages allow students to schedule up to a set number of hourly sessions to be used within 180 days, which makes them ideal for a semester! Packages offer a greater discount compared to the monthly membership! Since packages will not expire until 180 days after the purchase date, they allow a student more flexibility in meeting frequency.

It gets better! Siblings can share memberships and packages.

Why are memberships offered for 5 and 10 hours each month?

The Basic Monthly Membership (5 hours) is ideal for students booking weekly sessions each month, while the Essential Monthly Membership (10 hours) is perfect for those booking twice a week.

Many of our students book sessions on the same days and times each week. Since most months are 4-5 weeks total, these numbers ensure that no matter the month, a student booking sessions once or twice a week on the same days will not run out of sessions because of how the days of the week fall within certain months. For months where that's not an issue, it allows a student the flexibility to schedule a bonus session when needed beyond their usual weekly schedule!
